How much does the Care Plan cost?
Every home gets a custom quote based on size and condition. Your Care Plan takes a fixed amount off that price on every clean: $50 weekly, $35 biweekly, or $20 monthly. Your first clean is another $50 off. Get your exact price in the booking tool in about a minute.

What’s included in every clean?
Every visit follows our 50-point checklist: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas. Surfaces wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, bins emptied, beds made. Same standard, every time.

How does the free add-on work?
When you join a Weekly or Biweekly Care Plan, you pick one free add-on for your first clean: an inside fridge detail or a baseboards wipe. It’s included at no extra cost.

Are your cleaners insured and screened?
Yes. Every cleaner is fully insured and passes our 5-step approval process before their first solo job: online application, phone screening, video interview, ID and document verification, and orientation with checklist training.

How does billing work?

What if I’m not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to fix it at no charge. That’s the 24-Hr Spotless Promise, and it applies to every visit.

Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll move it to a day that works.

What if I want to stop?
Each plan has a minimum number of visits: 8 weekly, 6 biweekly, or 4 monthly. If you leave before finishing your minimum, your $50 first-clean discount is simply reversed. That’s the only charge-back. After your minimum, you can pause or stop whenever you like and your rate stays the same for as long as you stay.
