Do you provide all of the cleaning supplies?

Yes, we provide all of the necessary supplies. Have specific products that you would like us to use? Not a problem, if you have these products available for us at the time of the clean we’ll be happy to use them.

What if I need to cancel, can I reschedule or get a refund?

If your scheduled booking if more than 48 hours away, we are happy to provide you with a full refund should you feel that you no longer require our services.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will receive a credit on your account that you can use to reschedule your cleaning to a time that works better for you.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners arrive or depart?

You are not required to be home for a scheduled appointment. It all depends on what you’re comfortable with! If you prefer to be away from the home while we clean, just let us know. In these cases, our cleaners are typically provided with a garage code or spare key.

Is it ok if my pet is home during a clean?

Of course! We just ask that if your pet is aggressive in any way that they are in a seperate area away from our cleaners. The safety of our team is critical to us.

What if something is damaged during a clean?

Here at Maid Simple, we treat every house as if it were our own. If something happens during a cleaning service we’ll do everything in our power to make it right. Whether it be replacing or repairing an item, we’ve got you covered. Our cleaners are also fully insured, so claims can be filed if necessary.
